New Front Page Artwork

Just before the Christmas Break Jay Edry joined the C3DL team. Jay has a somewhat different background than most of the people on this project in that he has an art background. One of the first thing he did was make some new front page art for us.
This is the new Front page art (minus the green lettered notice to get the extension of course):
Compare that with the following screenshot of the old front page art (with canvas 3D enbled browser it would be a spinning teapot without the words) and you can see that the new front page art is a big improvement!
